About me:

My name is Jorge Bustamante. I studied Complementary Medicine and Naturopathic Nutrition for four years in London and have been working in this field since 2003. I am currently studying a MSc specialisation in Nutrition.

Because of my passion for Nutrition I started an Organic Juice bar, during which I discovered the wonders of raw food and juicing as powerful, natural, nutritional tools.

Then, in 2006, my wife and I launched our new company, Nutri-Info, offering information in Naturopathic Nutrition, a Nutrition Shop, and Nutrition Consultancy.

Nutrition Assessment and Clinic:

Objective:

To gain a healthy body weight and to improve the nutritional status of the diet, with the implementation of plans addressed to individual needs.

Fees:

Package Fee: The current package fee is £55 for two sessions: An initial interview and an evaluation interview a month later.

Subsequent follow up interviews are £35.

On receipt of the fees we will send you a complete Nutrition Assessment questionnaire and a full Food Diary for 7 days. This will include instructions on how to complete them. When you have completed these, post them back to the address above.

Within 7 days of receipt of your forms we will contact you, to arrange your "Initial Interview"

1. Initial Interview:

The fee is included in the package.

This is a 60 minute interview.

This includes:

• Body measurements: Weight, height, hydration levels, blood pressure, BMI, BMR and fat levels by taking measurements from different parts of the body.

• Diet assessment: We will present results from your food diary and Nutrition questionnaire and discuss adjustments to your current diet in order to meet your nutritional needs to achieve your optimum body weight. This includes a complete analysis of your diet including detailed levels of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients.

• Shopping advice: Understanding food labels to discover unhealthy products to replace with nutritious alternatives.

2. Evaluation Interview:

The current fee is included in the package.

This is a 30 minutes interview.

This includes:

• Body measurements: Weight, height, hydration levels, blood pressure, BMI, BMR and fat levels by taking different measurements from the body.

• Diet assessment and progress: evaluation of your current diet/progress and adjustments.

3. Follow up:

The current fee is £30. Appointments made as necessary.

This is a 30 minutes interview.

This includes:

• General assessment - Evaluation: evaluation of body measurements: weight, height, hydration levels, fat levels, BMI, etc.

• Diet assessment and progress: evaluation of your current diet/progress and adjustments.

• Nutrition advice.

Clinic times and Location: 

Monday to Friday from: 5pm to 9pm, Saturdays and Sundays: 9am to 1pm
