Stockli Dehydrator

The Stockli Dehydrator from Switzerland is a very compact machine, ideal for smaller kitchens. 

It comes with 3 deep trays but can be extended to a total of 10 trays to give you maximum drying area.

Thanks to the fine temperature adjustment you can choose a drying temperature that suits you best and for peace of mind the Stockli is equipped with a thermal safety cut-out.
